I & S ENGINEERS have developed a CNC PLASMA CUTTING MACHINE that can cut sheet metal like mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum etc. The machine allows the user to cut sheets accurately as per CAD drawings and eliminates the need for skilled labour. The CNC coordinates programming is by ISO standard 'G' codes similar to other CNC machines like lathes, milling machines etc. The 'G' codes are developed and then downloaded from a standard Personal Computer to the cutting machine.  The cutting machine implements the 'G' code on an 'X-Y' interpolated table, where the cutting torch traces the component accurately as per your drawing. The cutting torch is powered by a current controlled power source. The motion control includes state of the art AC Servo Drives and 2 axis interpolated motion controller. The mechanical movement is by means of precision rack and pinion transmission with linear guide-ways. A standard machine can cut metal Sheets of 8' x 4' upto 10 mm thickness.
